I have stayed in some hotels & motels all over the world and man this place take the cake, the only thing this place had good was that it was close to the mall I can't imagine how you get business or stay in business. I think a partial refund of my room charges would be an appropiate request.

When we arrived at 3:00am, they'd lost our reservation. Our first room had a water leak and the carpet was soaked. The next night in our second room, the TV didn't work, there were holes in the tub enclosure, and we never (as in never) saw a maid and the room was never cleaned or the bed made up. Had to go to the desk and ask for fresh towels. I can't imagine how they stay in business.
