  I have stayed here four or five times in the last seven years while visiting the International Documentary Festival, sightseeing, etc., and I find this hotel very friendly, and a boutique, unique style without being trendy and alienating. The food is great, the catering and room service to and the staff go out of their way to help, no matter what the time of day. It is intimate and very convenient and the rooms are nice, old-style in a positive, less alienating way.
