  I and/or family have stayed at the Lodge on many occasions and have yet to encounter anything less than the best of service and friendliness from everyone. I would and have recommeded this to anyone going to Lethbridge

  We arrived at 2pm and they couldn't guarantee us our room til 4pm. we came back at 4:00 and after a long delay they issued a room to ...

  We arrived at 2pm and they couldn't guarantee us our room til 4pm. we came back at 4:00 and after a long delay they issued a room to us. The room was already occuppied and we brought it to their attention. we had to threaten to leave before they found a smoking room for us to stay in. to make it all better they gave us free breakfast. it didn't seem like they tried very hard to please with online travel website customers.
