  If you like to just walk to the beach from your room and see ocean and peaceful ocean grasses from your deck this place is it. Are the rooms outdated? Yeah but we don't spend much time in the room other than sleep and shower. Lack of air conditioning isn't a big deal MOST of the time because there is a nice ocean breeze. We had 2 and 4 year old and they loved it. Staff was fine to us. We are going back.
