Location. Livingstone Villas & Resort is located in Badplaats Jan Thiel, Curaçao in Netherlands Antilles. It is right across from Jan Thiel Beach, which offers swimming and scuba diving facilities. Willemstad is about 10 minutes away. Curaçao Hato International Airport is 30 miles away.
