My family and I stayed there a few times back in June. It was very nice at that time. The general manager that was there was very nice and her staff was excellent. My husband and my family went back there just a few nights ago and found a different general manager and another lady at the front desk. They were both very rude. The front desk staff had changed as well. When we checked into our room we found it not as clean as before.The bathroom had hair on the floor and in the tub. There was trash behind the door as we walked into the room, dust was everywhere like no one had been in the room to wipe anything down. Instead of going to the front desk to complain to the new general manager and the blond haired lady that was already rude to us in the beginning, I decided to clean the room myself . We called the other hotels to see if we could get another room, they were booked. We had to settle for the quaility inn. I'm not for sure what happened to the other general manager and her staff but they did an excellent job. Some new people are running it now and you can tell a huge difference. Our opinion is to stay somewhere else where the general manager and front desk clreks will be helpful and not rude to you when you walk into the place. You are giving them your money, so, why not stay some place where they treat you with respect?

We stayed at the Quality Inn because our son was graduating from BCT at Fort Leonard Wood. It was actually about 5 miles closer to base than we originally were told so that was great. The room was very clean and the staff was very helpful. They helped us get online with our wireless internet. They also recommended a place to eat which was very good. The staff was also very friendly and cheerful. It was a very positive experience for us. As we were only there for two nights and had much going on during the day, we didn't experience a lot of what the hotel had to offer.

We were there for my son's graduation. While we were there the front desk staff did a wonderful job giving directions to the post and really good restraunts in the area. Lena and her girls made us feel right at home. They baked us chocalate chip cookies every evening. The kids loved the indoor heated pool and my husband enjoyed the fittness center. The rooms were clean, the beds were great!! Thank you all for a great stay!!
