Your first impression of this place will be good. When you first walk in you will notice how nice the entry way looks. But from there it's not fantastic. The reason I refer it to be the "Ice" hotel is the temperature they keep the place at. It feels like about 60 degrees in the main area! Anyway, on a good note, the staff are pleasant and the room is about average. The television reception is awful, most stations kept going in and out. All in all, not a great experience.

Stayed with spouse and silky terrier. First had pending credit card for one night. Then clarified to front desk will pay with cash. Next morning paid with cash. Yet told by credit card still have pending charge. Thanks to 6th sense, called card company but told still pending. Despite asking for help with unnecessary charge, received an outstanding bill of several hundred dollars for only one night to which already paid in cash. Breakfast was not what informed it would be either. Coupon for billiard room could not be used due to someone using the billiard room. Cable did not work. Never informed that phone was not working had to go down to get extra towels and other items. Still following up with my credit card to this date, real bad !
