  My second stay. The hotel is the greatest but will do. It is always booked with energy sector people so it is very hard to get in. I went to check out a day early at 900a and since I didn't give them 24 hour notice they charged for a night that i didn't stay. They advise that they have a 24 hour cancellation policy but it does tell you that will happen on early check out. Really bad policy. The front clerk try to explain that ll hotels charge for early check, which I disagreed with because I do a lot of traveling and some do leave early. I was a travel agent and no one has ever been charged for early check out.
