This hotel was a convenient location, new and clean, but if you want service, go elsewhere. We were short on time so we decided to grab a quick bite at the restaurant. We waited for at least 10 minutes before a sever finally approached us (he had passed by us at least 8 times) so thankfully our invisibility wore off. We ordered and the food, which came out quickly, sat under the heat lamps for several minutes. The airport shuttle, which the hotel's concierge explained to me a day earlier, would be at the hotel, did not show. I went to the lobby early and waited for over 30 minutes (after asking about it to a bellman) and when I inquired a second time, was told that "oh, they aren't reliable" so I had to get a cab. Both bellmen told me that the shuttle was unreliable after I had waited for a long time, needing to get to the airport. It would have been nice to know that before depending on it to get to the airport. When my girlfriend, who was still at the hotel explained this to manager N, he blew her off, insisted that the shuttle was reliable, and said he would credit the room. He did not give her the credit so when she checked out the next day, the front desk person asked N about it and he came out and authorized it but did not acknowledge my girlfriend who was standing in front of him. Instead of apologizing for his staff giving out improper information, N made it very clear that he did not believe us.

The hotel view of the inner harbor was spectacular. Reqest a corner room and you will not be disappointed. The hotel is perfectly situated and is within easy walking distance to all. It is in the heart of the harbor district and is surrounded by first class restaurants and shops. Water transporation is steps from the lobby. The rooms were clean and attractive and the bed comfortable. The price was reasonable for this four star hotel. My only gripe is that parking was an extra $25. per night. RDS

This hotel was beautiful, comparable to the " Seaport" in Boston. When we arrived our room was not ready, as there were hundreds of REDSOX fans checking in and out for the weekend. We had to stay in double as opposed to King, but the view we got in return was worth it. THe beds were very comfortable, rooms were clean and quiet and the entire staff was very accomodating. We had the breakfast buffet on Saturday it was excellent, omlettes cooked to order, friendly up beat wait staff. The location is so convienent, walk to activites on the inner harbor, restaurants and Camden Yards, but not in the middle of busy downtown. We used the gym facilities in the morning and appreciated the bottled water placed on each piece of equipment. The gym was small but did the trick. Pool looked nice and inviting, nice deck to view harbor from the pool area. We were even able to listen to a James Taylor concert at the Pier directly across the street. This was our first trip to Baltimore, but are planning to return next year ( when the REDSOX are in town) and we would LOVE to stay here again.

Great location to Inner Harbor and 20 minute walk to Camden Yards. Very pricey all the way around, from parking $32 valet per day to soda machines $2.50 per to rooms. Great views. OK pool and gym. Inner Harbor great trip but bring your wallet! Look n book other hotels early if you're going there. Holy Cow!
