Our stay started off with having to change rooms immediately, we had waited a long time for the room to be ready then the room was filthy when we got ...
Our stay started off with having to change rooms immediately, we had waited a long time for the room to be ready then the room was filthy when we got in there. The next room was ok but missing things, plus our dryer burned our clothing, which they repaid the damages. The replacement dryer was almost as bad. One of the outdoor hot tubs was so hot you could have been burned in it. really was not a very nice vacation..will notstay there ever again. Give me the Grand Ocean anytime.
