- Construction on the third tower starts June 1, 2012. Noise, dust, debris, and views of construction will be prevalent and somewhat severe at times. The completion date is late 2014.

My aunt took me to Vegas October 2010 to celebrate my 21st birthday. We went to a lot of different travel sites and when we saw this hotel thought it was just what we were looking for. We are not smokers or gamblers so we wanted something clean and quite. The Mariott was perfect. The rooms were great and location was amazing. Vegas is amazing and it was my first time if I come back I will stay here again. The must see show of the town is LOVE it was brilliant. I have allways loved The Beatles and the music so much.

we were here 4-17-10, Location is one short block from the middle of the strip. In between Hardrock and Planet Hollywood. Excellent hotel. no slots no smoke and the part I liked the most. When youre tired and want to get back to your room after a day of casinoing around. You pull up they park it FOR FREE>> and the elevators are a short walk inside. No trecking through a smoky Casino to get to into bed!!! highly recommend and will stay here again.

Stayed over the NewYear's weekend. Great location near everything, my wife and I walked everywhere ( we walk daily thought). Hotel was very nice, room were very nice and clean, all the hotel is as nice as and clean as the newest 5 star. Staff very friendly and willing to help. Would definitely stay there again on another trip to Vegas...Close enought to the Strip, but don't have to put up with the noise and smoke of being in a Casino hotel.....

I stayed, I bought an every other year week. Went on another trip there, bought the other week!!! I will be staying here every year for the rest of my life, and still smile about it every day! Not only an exceptional resort/timeshare, but is planted right nest to the best Casino on the strip! Planet Hollywood! If you love the night life/shopping/ and an exquisite taste of style, Planet hollywood is your place!!! I love everything about this Marriott, from the rooftop pool and bar, to the view from the roof at night! Service is always excellent, staff was just incredible, free valet! How can ya loose?? LOL. They even have a small kids room downstairs to entertain the youngsters, if ya bring them ... I definately hit the nice walmart about 10 miles out,NW ( the store downstairs is expensive), but all around top notch vacation! Enjoy!!
