The lobby was nice but the room was just adequate. It really needs updated, the wallpaper, the accoustical ceiling in the bathroom & the tub drain which is unremovable. Water comes out of the shower so fast that one is always standing in a pool of it. They gave 1 bath towel set per person no extras. No towel bars in the bathroom, As everyone else complained no free internet. You can use the business center with only 2 computers both of which had problems. There were problems with the printers & a problem opening the door into the center. Maid service wanted in at 8:00 a.m. even though the sign was on the door. The rest of the days we had to call them. The hot tub was full of algae. I had a coupon saying free breakfast for 2 adults & 2 children but they would not honor it saying it was a different room rate. We were given a handicapped room which was very dark & dingy. We finally got a different one after talking with them forever about the breakfast & changing the room. At this point we thought they would have at least given us a free breakfast but they did not. The staff was very professional & everyone was very friendly but that was about the only good thing about the hotel We got a very good price for the hotel & would probably stay again at that price no higher, but at least we would know what to expect.

The staff at the hotel were great. They were very friendly and helpful. The location is great close to City Place. The rooms were awful!!! They were small, rust in bathroom, things falling apart. They charge $300 for a $60 night room. Too much!!!!! The maids even though we told them we were getting dressed in the room and weren't ready, they still wanted to come in. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone, except someone who just wants a bed to sleep in at a high price.

Had reservation for king bed NS - upon arrival, no king. They offered ""view"" instead - ""view"" turned out to be parking lot view. Parking is awful. The room is somewhat standard fare, but it was clean. Don't expect to find mini shampoo/conditioner or any other little extras inside.
