Beautiful mountain views, great location within an easy walk to downtowm. Hotel staff was very helpful suggesting restaraunts and things to do. Covered parking was included in our room price. HOWEVER, there is construction just across the small pond that starts at 7AM - and it's noisy. We had a studio room, and the bathroom was tiny. There is no air conditioning - so if it gets warm at all, the room is not very comfortable. I was very disappointed in this Marriott Vacation Club - I've been to others that have had much nicer rooms and amenities. Maybe great in the winter when all you want to do is ski, but when the snow is gone I'd look for another place to stay in Breckenridge (which by the way is a beautiful area).

This resort is not fancy. It has a pool activities center lounge with TV and ski rentals. The rooms all have fully stocked kitchens. Our room was an quotefficiencyquot. It had a full kitchen with table a sitting room area separate from the bed or sleeping area. It had a very large bathroom with a separate room with shower/tub. It was decorated very nicely. I totally enjoyed movie night waffle breakfast morning and ice cream sundae night along with a free movie. The employees are all very pleasant to deal with. A nice choice for a vacation any time of year.
