This hotel needs to update from the front door all the way through the whole experience. They forget the WiFi code. Their keys demagnetize extremely easily. Breakfast is a disaster. They seem to be proud of their biscuits & gravy, which are nasty. The gravy is full of huge raw flour clumps & biscuits are inedible. Their toaster came over on the Mayflower. Check out system is completely outdated. We stayed 3 days, second day i was missing my philosophy perfume which they denied knowing anything about. But their staff found my toilet water in the same fragrance in my personal belongings. NEVER again. The air conditioner cooled the window, not the room. First night someone tried to enter our room, we were right down the hall from front desk & staff did not address situation. Pillows, mattress & linens need to be replaced, very old & worn. Top of bedspread gritty.

Thankful for the hospitality whilst in Ripley. Over the last forty years I have traveled the world and have also visited several states, but I never had the welcome I get in this city. This Inn is by far the best friendly hotel of the lot. In most hotels you feel lonely but in this hotel there is a welcoming feeling. This is because of the staff you employ. The front desk staff are both professional and extremely helpful while other staff in the background were providing efficient service. They are very professional and a credit to the Inn. This stay was to be my last time but I cannot wait until the next time.

06/05/2010This inn was very clean and friendly. also, the courtyard, hot tub and pool were perfect. we will definitely be recommending others to stay here.
