ME Cancun is one of the best places where we’ve stayed. The service the facilities and the staff are all excellent. I was there with my fiancé in February where he proposed and The Level staff at the hotel was so wonderful helping him with putting everything together for the proposal. The beach there is the best and specially if you get a Bali bed to enjoy your day where you can get food and drinks all day :#41 This place is highly recommended by us and it’s a must go place...

This trip was for our 10years anniversary and our engagement gateway. Everything from the first moment we arrived till the moment we left, felt like a beautiful dream. The hotel property was beautiful. The food was amazing, and most of all, the service we got was above and beyond amazing. We stayed at one of the level suite. We had a beautiful view of both the sunset and the sunrise from our balcony. we had our own personal check in area, at the level lounge. greeted w a warm smile, friendliest staff, and champagnes. Every morning, we would enjoy our espresso or tea by the lounge. every afternoon, by the beach bali bed, followed with a dip in the infinity pool. Break fast is almost always by the beach house, lunch by the bali bed. dinner is either at Salt or Silk. food was delicious!!! The Level Manager was amazing. She was beyond great. She made sure all our request is fulfill. The restaurant manager always took an extra care of us. made sure everything was perfect for us. He even did a surprise set up after dinner dessert by the infinity pool one night for us. soo romantic, so private... it was WOW! Through out our whole vacation, the hotel sales director and sales coordinator, always made sure we were having a beautiful vacation. And that, we definitely did. So, to summarize it: ME Cancun is a beautiful hotel, great food, amazing staff, which made our whole ME experience, an unforgettable one.

This hotel is great for adults looking for some romance and relaxation. We stayed for 5 days and over that course of time saw only 3 children (all of which were under the age of 5). The daytime consisted of swimming in the ocean or in one of the beautiful pools.. neither was too crowded. They have a spa and fitness facility, but we never used it. During the evening the bar turns into a mini nightclub with a live DJ. Thursday was our favorite night.. 80's and 90's. Friday was more of a techno sound with a guy playing some bongos, very upbeat. They also set up a dance floor and speakers near the ocean during Saturday. The food is decent, especially for all-inclusive. You must make reservations every night for dinner, but are welcome to show up as walk-in for all other times. The outside grill had some of the best hamburgers and the breakfast bar is outstanding. You do have to sign a receipt for EVERYTHING you order.. whether just a bottle water or full meal, so sometimes that gets annoying. The staff is very friendly and most speak English very well. If you enjoy Budlight, Miller Light,etc.. those are not included in all inclusive package. They offer Corona as beer choice. The ME Hotel is in a great location, there are shopping malls within walking distance and a rental place for jet skies and motor boats within 10-15 mins distance. I would love to go back and was sad to leave the beautiful resort and wonderful hospitality.

The "Me" is a great hotel, we had a great time. My gf and I are in our mid 20's, and it was a perfect fit. We were looking to relax, more than party, and that is exactly what we got. Late night there is an upscale bar or "disco" that hosts a fairly young and semi-formal crowd. During the day there is a nice beach to sit on, or if you prefer, there is a roped off section where you can get a bed on the beach ($40 fee) and a waiter. Or just go to 1 of the 2 large pools. When they say "All-Inclusive" this is what you can expect. All the food in any of the restaurants is free. No upcharge for the nicer restaurantts. All your drinks at the restaurants are free (until 12a). Expect to tip for EVERYTHING. You have to sign a ticket for everything you get, (even water) but it is all free none the less. The mini bar is lame; 2 beers for free, everything else you pay a rediculous price for. The sevice is slow but the people were all nice. The food is good in all the restaurants. Make sure you make reservations at the restaurants as soon as you get there to ensure you can get in. When all was said and done, I would definitely go back again and will reccommend it to anyone.

1st time to Cancun. We were all inclusive through ME-by Melia. We were to have transportation waiting on us upon arrival. A group of vultures from Krystal Cancun approached us that our ride was not available took us to a counter to show us different areas of the Island while we waited. It seemed most helpful harmless at the time. By the end of the review we were told we could get our ferry tickets to Isla Mujeres through them along with breakfast taxi and 2 bottles of any alcohol. We gave them the * got a receipt they took us to our taxi. The next morning we met the taxi driver from Krystal Cancun he took us to the Krystal Cancun told us we had to do a 90 minute tour of the hotel before we could get tickets. We explained we did not have time for the tour was not aware of this. They refused to give us our back or the ferry tickets to Isla unless we did the tour. Needless to say we did not get to go to Isla that day were very disappointed that they took advantage of 1st time visitors. We learned some valuable lessons wanted to make everyone aware quotstay away from the counter at the airport T-3 unless of course you are looking to buy a time share. Go straight out of the airport get your own taxi go to your destination have a great time. Do not go to play boy casino they charge you * per person to just walk in its not worth the *. Me-by Melia was a great hotel we made the best of our last few days. C R
