I arrived n orlando on the 24th of july n was orginally at a family resort that was very nice. I quickly checked out right after checkin n and checkinh the beds I was given a option of several resort n I picked the mona lisa this was a very clean nice resort with a kitchen n private bed room just what I was looking for with my two young daughters no hidden charges n friendly front desk attendant david it was a pleasure to stay at this hotel which was located near everything

We had a great experience at Mona Lisa. The suites were very nice and we felt at home away from home. The rooms are contemporary and spacious with a full size kitchen and utensils. Our kids enjoyed the pool. The facility is very close to the Theme parks and other entertainment. Its right next door to a hospital and unfortunately we had to visit there one night on an emergency. When I return to Orlando I would definitely choose the Mona Lisa for our accomodation. I fully recommend it.

We stayed in this hotel for 9 nights and it was very nice. This is the second time we stayed at the Mona Lisa and we have enjoyed it thoroughly both times. We were in Florida to be married so it helped to have the kitchen, washer/dryer, living area, etc. Housekeeping is great and everyone is very friendly. We have nothing negative to say about the Mona Lisa (except that it takes over 3 hours to do a load of laundry) and would recommend it to anyone and everyone. We would definitely stay again! Thanks Mona for a great stay on our vacation!

We were very satisfied with our stay at the Mona Lisa Suites. The hotel was clean and quiet. The pool area was nice. There was a free continental breakfast and, if preferred, a hot breakfast menu which seemed quite reasonably priced. It was an easy on and off the interstate. With check-in , I was adament that Travelocity pricing covered the resort fee and the front desk called Travelocity and had paperwork faxed to them to confirm that. I would stay here again. Great value.

The room are really spacious. We had a two room suite and was really big. The kitchen is really good as well. The place is very new so that is good. You have to add $* to the rate if you want housekeeping. Other wise they will just do the beds and change the towels. Even if you paid the extra $* the cleaning service is just poor. Do not bother to get breakfast included in your rate. It is not worth it. Food quality is very very very bad. Service is slow and bad. The internet service is included in your rate but most of the time we were there it did not work. The newspaper is supposed to be delivered to your room every morning, It is not. You have to go the front desk to get it. If there are any left. The staff is nice but they are just incapable of solving any problems. The hotel website is just very misleading. There is not security personal at this hotel, not even one. I would not stay in this hotel again. There are so many better choices near by.
