This place exceeded my expectations. It was the cheapest place I could find in Anchorage, so I wasn't expecting much. The rooms were very nice, and the guy at the desk was very helpful. They had a continental breakfast, which I also wasn't expecting.

Stayed 9 nights. Very quite and nice. Towels were changed every day. Good breakfast. Clean rooms. Felt safe. Great amenities for a motel. Shuttle van - is a safe heaven. XYZ is the best of the best!!! We could not move without his help in Anchorage, when rental cars places decided to charge close to $*/day. One day owner gave us a lift on his own car. That shows how great people running this place are. Great stay for unpretentious folks who value price, quality, safety, and friendly service.

My wife and i booked 4 nights at this hotel, and after finding the place (which wasn't very easy), we didn't even get out of the car... it is right next door to a strip club, in a seedy part of town. If only we had known - because they kept the fee for the first night when we cancelled. I'm willing to bet that most (if not all) of the favorable reviews for this place are totally falsified.

There were very friendly people and helpful, rooms were beyond my expectations. Nice and clean. and wow for the look of the room they are very spacious and had comfortable beds. also their flat screen tv was amazing! I would stay here over and over. I enjoyed my stay and hopefully some back to Anchorage here someday and stay here. Thank you!
