I am unsure why this hotel received a two-star rating from Travel website. I would hate to see what a one-star would look like. A relevant piece of information that I didn't know before booking this reservation is that this is an extended stay, which brings in an interesting crowd. While I was there, I was approached by a crazy lady who was living there and wanted to tell me her life story. She also mentioned she wasn't wearing panties. Very awkward. Beyond the lively crowd an extended stay invites, it also provides for very poor service. Don't expect your room to be cleaned while you are there, or before you get there for that matter. My friend had the privilege of having some indescript, crusty yellow-ish stuff on his bed sheet near his face upon laying down on it the first night. I wouldn't be surprised if this location doesn't even own a washing machine. If you insist on staying here despite my warnings, bring your own towels because none are provided. Also be aware that the shower has two options: ice or boil. At least there is cold water readily available to run over the second degree burns you will receive from the boil option. To top everything off, there was a drug deal that occurred right outside my window. I shouldn't have left the window open, but how can anyone feel safe after watching that? Do yourself a favor and spend a little more money and avoid this place. I would rather sleep at the airport than stay at this dump again.

Explained how to get heat. 1am still no heat, buit found if you put your heads undercovers and BREATH REAL HARD YOUR TOES WILL BECOME WARM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 4am FINALLY WARM Fire Department beating on door. You have to get out there is a fire behind your room. (no wonder we felt warm) Packed kids and stuff walked to front desk, nice man gave us key to another room. Packed to other room. WOW King sized bed and sofa bed. No sheets or blankets for sofa bed, heat debatable some kind of dried red/brown stuff on sofa mattress. Mind you, beds are comfortable when you get to lay down and sleep,shower water was HOT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 5am gave front desk door key and left Michigan..... 830 am returned to OZ !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There is NO PLACE LIKE HOME, TOTO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
