  I was visiting Rochester for a quick meeting on my way to Albany and stayed at the Quality Inn and was impressed with the level of service they offered. The staff at the front desk was great when I checked in and throughout my stay. I am a frequent business traveler and tend to pick apart the cleanliness of each hotel room I stay in but this one was perfect. I could not find anything wrong with my room and it made my stay even better. I had a chance to try the breakfast on the morning I left and was amazed at the amount of goodies they had and the best part is it was all free!!! I will be making this hotel my place to stay whenever I travel to Rochester in the future.

  I had a great experience at the hotel recently. After flying into Rochester from New York City, I stayed at the Quality Inn for my business. They picked me up at the airport and we were about 2 minutes away. The front desk person and the breakfast people were great. The food was delicious. See you again.

  This was a secret hotel deal. It was sold as a 3 star Hotel. Well this is not a 3 star hotel in my book. It was old, run down iand the restaurant was closed until further notice. They are trying, but not there yet! No wonder this is a secret!

  We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. My wife loved the room. The location was really good for us to get to the University , and the other places we needed to visit. The breakfast was hot , had a lot of healthy options , and a very clean dining area. The room was quiet and comfortable. We found it a real value and will be back when we visit Rochester in october.
