The hotel in general is okay. the rooms are though very clean but the ownership has been taken over by a very very nice Indian lady. I have nothing bad to say about her, but they are very different in certain ways. The lobby, hallway of the hotel are hot. They do not put the air on because from what the staff told me they are always cold. When you are dealing with the public you are supposed to make the customers happy not yourself. Also the hallways with the heat reak of for some reason a strong curry smell. The a/c in the room was like an icebox thank god that worked great. Location is great literally 5 minutes from a dozen or so restaurants, shops, malls and bix box stores. About 20 minutes south is Martinsburg west virginia with another abundance of shopping and eating. I cannot say i would stay here again in the summer months because of the comfort in the hotel.

I'll preface by saying had we not checked in at 1am after traveling 600 miles and seeing a WVU football game, we would have left as quickly as we entered. We were greeted by a small roach walking on the in-room refrig and another in the bathroom walking the shower wall. When I informed the lady at the front desk in the morning, she said... and I quote..."Do you mind writing that down (about the roaches) on this piece of paper so I can tell my manager." Now, although she was a sweet lady...and, this is not HER hotel (I am guessing, I could be wrong)....and, she can't make immediate restitution (probably)...you're NOT going to at least say "sorry" or "we normally don't invite the roaches into our rooms after 11pm" etc? I was shocked at her reply. Obviously this hotel, while poorly training its employees, also neglects to spray for room guests we didn't invite.
