We "booked" a block of rooms for my daughters wedding in January 2010. Called to verify in April when family said there weren't any rooms available. They didn't have a record of it. So again we "booked" a block of rooms. Called again to verify when family members again were told there weren't rooms available. AGAIN NO RECORD!!!!!! When arriving at the hotel to check in, reservation clerk was RUDE to everyone. Everyone received a different room rate. When talking with management. Nothing was done other than giving everyone the same rate. No offer to help adjust the rate for the bride for all the trouble. NOTHING!!! They are lucky that there isn't anyother hotel in town.

Room was VERY cold during the afternoon and early evening. (I had packed a few extra throws/quilts and all were used.) Continental breakfast could be better. (ie. cereal stale and NOT kid friendly. Should be replaced with FRESH cereal daily, coffee VERY watery, should offer juice and chocolate milk for kids.) That aside, the rooms were extremely clean, (very impressed), and all the staff was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be coming back!

We normally stay at a three star (or better) competing chain, but decided to give this chain a try when a quick overnite stay in the area was needed. We really didn't expect much, given the price of the room - but were pleasently surprised. The rooms were clean (albeit a touch on the small side), the front desk personell were attentive to our needs and always gracious. Even the housekeeping staff was more than willing to work around our check out slowness in vacating the room. An absolutely great experience.

The hotel is basically in the middle of nowhere. Be aware there is a microwave, sink and small fridge. No stove top and absolutely no utensils. The sheets had not been changed from the previous guests (Not a pretty sight). They did give us new sheets to put on the bed, which were torn so we had to ask for new ones again. They apologized and knocked a few dollars off the rate then refused to accept a 10% discout coupon. Unless you really need to cut costs, look elsewhere.
