Property is nicely appointed althought starting to show some age. Room was comfortable. However. all the good thing were lost with the warm water. Not hot..... Complained to front desk after first night and was apparanr nothing done as was colder the next morning. Not the way to greet the cold morning air..

After I got up to my room I was not happy with it. It had no frig to keep any drinks cold. It had only one trash can, one ash tray and there was poo marks on the toilet. The floors had rice all over on them. Is it that hard to clean a room and bathroom now a days? When I called to get another trash can and ash tray the lady brought up three razor blades. honestly? Come on you retards, how does trash can and ash tray sound like three razor blades?

The stay was marvelous!!! When we got there it was 2:00 and they let us go to the room right away ( check-in is 4 pm). The bellman was very nice and brought up our bags right away, The room was clean and spacious! It was a jacuzzi room, and was on the 17th floor!! No view of the lake, but it was nice being on the top floor. The staff was very courteous, and our stay could not have been more pleasant!!! We HIGHLY recommend this hotel/casino to people who want to go to South Shore Lake Tahoe and have a very wonderful experience!!! The travel agency and Mont Bleu Casino/Hotel.....a GREAT combination!! What a wonderful time!!!

This was the best hotel that we stayed at during our 7 day road trip to SF, Oregon, and Lake Tahoe. However, I didn't like the smoking in the casino and the rooms were a little outdated. The pipes must have been old because there was a horrible squealing noise at 5:30 in the morning that must have been from someone taking a shower. Other than that the kids loved having a jacuzzi in the room!
