We stayed at Morritts Grand last December, as a trade for our timeshare through RCI. It is truly a fantastic place. There were 10 in our group and we had 3 condos.The rooms are clean, and spacious. The pools wonderful especially the infinity pool at the ocean edge. The beach is pristine. The Staff are friendly and very accomidating. Would go there again in a heart beat. Great place to relax and soak up the sun. The only draw back is it is quite a drive form Georgetown, very remote and secluded no crowds, no noise. The roads are quite windy but the views are spectacular.

I stayed at the newer Morritts Grand. It was beautiful with plenty of room for one (I often travel alone). I really enjoyed the balcony overlooking the beach to have meals or just relax. The internet in the room was slow, slow, slow and phone calls expensive (calling an 800 number was around * usd, local numbers ran about * usd each). The pools were beautiful as was the beach. I found having a car quite convenient and, outside of Georgetown, easy to navigate. Trying to navigate and drive caused me to occassionally miss some of the streets exiting the roundabouts but it was still doable. The cost of living is kind of high but not so high that it would prevent me from returning. This is a very beautiful, friendly and (I felt) safe Island.
