Had a homey stay at this small motel away from the freeway near Hendersonville, NC. Lobby looks like something you'd find in a large home. Rooms were comfortable and staff is very friendly. Motel is located up the hill so it's not that easily seen from the highway although large billboards help you find your way. Very quiet surroundings with no immediate commercial development -- you have to go back down the hill to find fast-food, gas, etc.

We enjoyed the stay. The place is spotless and quite. The only downside was that there is no onsite pool or gym, and the one you have offsite access to is not open on Friday evenings or on Saturday's. Other than that, we would stay again.

A very clean and reasonably priced hotel. The breakfast was basic and nice (waffles, fruit, danish, coffee, yogurt, bagels). The hotel staff were very friendly. Everything in the room was working and the remodel in the bath was nice. We were very happy with our 1 night stay.
