Renter beware. There are no beach views, even though it is lisred as a beachfront property, and The condos are sub par. The first place we stayed in (one night) was shabby and the AC did not work. The front desk folks were very nice & moved us the next morning. Very nice, and efficient.

Hidden fees not listed - no working number to reach the management. Very unsatisfied! staff worked to arrange another staying location, however was charges for this location even though I immediately had them cancel this reservation and book me elsewhere, after receiving the E-mail of all the hidden fees. This establishment could not be reached by phone to discuss their fees and such. Customer Beware!

Great place to stay
09/07/2007Room was clean, comfortable, and well supplied. appliances all worked great. less than 100 yards to the gulf. staff was very friendly. would stay again.
