  We were the only occupants of the inn during our four day stay.The mattresses on our beds were worn underneath, the towels were poor quality and very small. We had a problem getting hot water in the bathroom sink. The bed linens were old. In general the inn appeared a bit shoddy for a two diamond AAA rating and less than we anticipated. Also the restaurant provided no additional choices for breakfast ie: egg beaters,hot cereal, muffins.

  My husband and I have spent our wedding anniversary at the New England Inn for the past 10 years. Each year, we have found the Inn to be clean and beautifully decorated, the staff extremely friendly and helpful, and the location perfect. It is close enough to North Conway, but also out of the way and quiet. The included breakfast is delicious, and the Pub a great place for a drink and some friendly interaction. We love the log cabins with the in-room hot tub! Perfect for that get-a-way from the kids and work!
