How Ramada let's this facility carry it's name is beyond me. We checked in at 4:30 pm, yet our room wasn't ready yet. The room itself had seen better days. Floors, walls, doors, there was no surface that wasn't stained, dinged or patched. We had asked for a non-smoking room, what we got was a room that we chose not to smoke in. The cigarette smoke was thick throughout the building, especially the hallways and public areas. The "fitness" facility was a bare bedroom that a treadmill was quickly shoved into. NOTE TO PARENTS: the limited cable service does not include Disney or Nickelodeon.

This hotel accommodated all of our needs. Our group had 8 rooms and great deal on them. The staff went out of their way to help us and make us comfortable. The rooms were clean. The discount with Damon's was great, since we ate there all 5 nights. We will be back next year!
