great customer service, excellent view, drinking on the balconie enjoying the view with my girl friend when we say whales blowing there spouts a little ways out. best place in lincoln city i have stayed at. very clean, comfortable bed, amazing bath, good channels...i recomend this place all the time.

When we stayed there we were impressed with the balcony and the location, right on the beach. We were sitting there enjoying a drink and the view when all of a sudden a wave of dirt and debris came raining down on us. I screamed, and my boyfriend yelled up to the guy above on the roof that he had just swept all fo the dirt and pine needles from the roof right onto our heads. I went to the office to complain, and was told that the guy doing the sweeping was the general manager. He got in a shouting match with my boyfriend about the incident. Horrible, horrible, horrible customer service. Stay as far away as you can.
