  Hotel ad stated they had iron/ironing board in rooms, so I did not bring one. As I was getting ready to iron my dress for a wedding I was in, the iron did not work. Frantically I called the front desk and they assured me that it would be taken care of. Another employee went to Target and purchased one and brought it to my room in a very caring manner. Two of the employees calmed me down and even assisted in helping me get ready. I went from a disgruntled guest to one who will not only return but will give your inn a 4 star rating. That is what superb customer relations is all about. Thank you Al, Elizabeth and Deborah. Dr. Schloss
