We have stayed there several times and love the location. It's a nice place to stay for the price. I wouldn't classify it as a resort. There is no more daily cleaning which I missed. They now charge for the coffee. Our biggest disappointment was wifi was not free - in fact, it's $*er day. Even Super 8 has free wifi. It was a problem for us. Also, the check in process is extremely lengthy. We love the pool and spa and the Splash provides amazing meals in a little space. We will definitely stay again but really wish they would provide wifi.

The restor Palm Canyon Resort was a nice resort. All of the staff was friendly and very helpful. The resort rooms were nicely furnished, clean (we had maid service everyday), everything was in good working condition. I traveled with two teenagers, we felt secure and safe at all times. I wouldl stay there again and recommend it to our family and friends.

We spent 5 nights at Palm Canyon Resort. The staff was generally friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, the pool area was clean. The water was at a good temp (not too cold). All in all it was a great stay and a good value! The only complaint was the strict rule about bringing your own beverages to the pool area. We prefer bottle sodas versus fountain soda and we brought our own drinks to the pool area (in approved cups) and the snack bartender was loud and rude on the fact that it wasn't allowed. More tact would have been appreciated (should have shouted from behind the bar).

After reading all the other reviews here I didn't know what to expect. I was told by reservations that they had recently "refreshed" these rooms. I was very pleasantly surprised. Our villa was spacious, clean, well-furnished and very comfy. The bed in the bedroom was very nice, I slept great. My teens slept on the foldout sofa and said it was uncomfortable as they could feel the frame through the thin mattress. The bathroom had a bathtub with jacuzzi jets that worked great. Room service is limited to sandwich/pizza items and it closes at 6pm on weeknights and 8pm on weekends so don't expect any midnight meals. The pool was clean, heated to a comfortable temp and not too crowded. The staff was very helpful and responsive. Overall I felt it was a great value and the villa was twice the size of another place I stayed in Palm Springs that cost twice as much.

The Palm Canyon Resort was perfect for our 3 day getaway. The junior villa was large enough for the 2 of us and clean and bright. The service at the front desk was efficient - we had to request another suite because of the road noise and it was no problem. This resort is close to everything Palm Springs has to offer.
