The front part of the motel had a motley collection of derelicts living there. Stayed there because we couldn't find a place to stay in Santa Barbara and really regretted it, especially considering the cost. Looked like a run down motel 6.

I visited ventura with my family and stayed at this motel.Really We all fond it very quite and nice.The staff was very courteous and helping including housekeeping.The location is awsome,close to downtown and beach.I personally advise to visit this motel for the economic getaway.

03/20/2010What a misleader. this is no ocean view-it is 3 blocks from the water. very outdated -even still uses a regular key lock-with only a basic turn lock ...
What a misleader. This is no ocean view-it is 3 blocks from the water. Very outdated -even still uses a regular key lock-with only a basic turn lock for security on the inside. Fixtures and sink were cracked-over all atmosphere dingy. General musty/moldy smell apparent.
