Omni was great! We stayed there the first week of March and had a fun vacation. It's a beautiful hotel. The location is good. We walked, we took the bus. We felt relaxed and safe at this resort and wherever we went. We did a trip to Isla Mujeres, booked through the staff and had the best time, snorkeling, swimming and shopping. The crew on the boat was fun fun FUN!!! The food was good, not great though. They do great Mexican at the 3 restaurants. I loved the idea of theme nights, but the Italian food was disappointing, except Da Vinci was good, especially the desserts.Give the beach restaurant a try for breakfast. They make the best eggs and the fruit was the best you'll ever eat. They pay close attention to all of your needs. The staff was really friendly and couldn't do enough for you. Drinks were very good, pool excellent, beach, beautiful. You will not be disappointed with the Omni. My kids, 27 and 16 loved it.

Had a great trip at the Omni in Cancun. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Spent time at the beach and pool. The pool is a little chilly but did not interfere with our day. The only drawback to the seating at the pool and beach is that in order to get a prime seat you have to have your towels on a chair by 6am....a bummer for those who enjoy sleeping in. The food was decent. Would recommend the all inclusive package...otherwise way too costly. There is a sushi bar at poolside which was great. Make a reservation upon your arrival at the specialty restaurant. Would definitely return to the Omni.

We stayed for 7 days and had an amazing time. The food was yummy! The grounds were so clean and the staff was always friendly. We love the breakfast/lunch place calle "Pina Colada" the food was sooo good and fast" We ate twice at "Davinci" and absolutely loved it. The beach was to die for.....the only 2 bad things we didnt like was the fact that we couldnt use the mini bar in the room, you had to pay if you take something from it and the swimming pools were a little bit cold. We loved it! Cant wait to go back!

I recommend the Omni Cancun highly; their accommodations were truly a memorable part of our visit to Cancun and the Caribbean. We encountered absolutely no problems with any part of our 5 day stay while at the Omni Cancun. To name a few reasons why we enjoyed the Omni Cancun; we experienced a wonderful, highly maintained, and very clean room, that included a balcony which presented a dramatic view of the beach, and aqua blue ocean, multiple levels of swimming pools for relaxing and enjoyment, each restaurant at the property offered excellent food (we ate at three restaurants on the property), extremely personal staff who truly enjoyed visiting with you, and we had a feeling of friendship with many of these staff members as we got to know them. When we did not use a taxi, or charter transportation, the local bus line was very inexpensive, easily accessible from the Omni, and safe, for traveling from the Omni into the many shopping areas of Cancun. We enjoyed too Omni's many planned activities, such as their on site spa, business center, a Mexican market set up during the evening hours, and open air stage performances of local Mexican talent singing and dancing. If you are looking for comfort, fun, and an enjoyable get away, we found the Omni Cancun was our answer, and I think it will be yours too.

We have just stayed at the Omni for our 3rd year in a row and have been very pleased!! The hotel staff is unbelievably welcoming and accommodating! The service is outstanding - including room service which arrived surprisingly fast! We prefer the all inclusive package and have been there with and without our children. We have been to Cancun about 20 times and we plan to go back...and stay at the Omni again!
