  This is about the 6th time i have stayed here. The service sucked and the rooms have gone down in quality. Infact the 1st room we were given it would feel like you are in a dungeon. Finally they moved us and the next room well lets just say the walls are so thin so you can hear everyone around you which does not help you sleep. Bottom line is to stick to a 5 star hotel.

  This hotel was a great hotel for the price. The rooms were big, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was good size with plenty of hot water. The hotel is at the end of Orchard, just a few blocks from all the shopping. There are restaurants all around the hotel with a variety of food choices. The bus stop is across the street from the hotel or a short walk to the train station. It is true that the minibar is not free but the cost of bottled water (which you will need) was reasonable.

  As a regular visitor to Singapore, it was my first time at this particular hotel. Staff were courteous and very helpful and the facilities were great - the pool area was particularly impressive. Rooms were clean but the bathrooms although could do with attention. Great location and facilities for the price. Got stung slightly on the minibar - the soft drinks are not complimentary!!!
