Crown Plaza had a reputation of high quality hotel. This hotel needs updating big time. This is the second Crown Plaza I have stayed and it seems this is the trend. Room was clean, however, bathrooms, TV, furniture need to be updated. The room was clean and the staff was extremely well trained. I travel a lot and stay at many different hotels. For the price, I will stay at a Hilton.

Two adults and one 8 year old attending a function at the airport Hyatt found the Crowne Plaza to be very good. Interacted with the front desk and the shuttle drivers. All were friendly and helpful. Pool was clean and heated to the proper temperature for a cold night. Will stay there again.

Stayed only one night to catch an early morning plane. Crowne Plaza was clean, nicely decorated and the staff was helpful and friendly. Location was excellent for access to airport and there were several restuarants within walking distance--important since we had turned the car in already. Airport shuttle was on time.

Very nice hotel, desk staff is customer oriented and they have flight departure times on a monitor in the lobby. We stayed overnight after dropping off our boys to move into UCF. This hotel is centrally located and you can get to the college without having to get on the tollways. Room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and there were lots of pillows. We would definitely stay at Crowne Plaza again.
