The reason we stayed at this hotel was because of its early shuttle to the airport, when we arrived and went to see about getting on the shuttle we were told that they no longer offered the shuttle that early in the morning and we would have to take a taxi. We could have stayed at a cheaper hotel (probably nicer) and got a taxi whcih would have saved us money. The pool was freezing, the hot tub not working, the rooms were dark and the overall feel of the hotel was cheep and dirty.

The hotel was beautiful upon first glance but desperately needs some overall improvements. The elevator was not working and the air conditioner in the hallway was not either. Upon arrival to the second floor, the key card did not open the door so it was necessary to go back downstairs. I was moved to the first floor to a room where the air conditioner was not working properly; it was blowing cool air and not cold air. After a few hours, I went to the front desk and they switched my room around mid-night. After switching rooms, the Front Desk wanted to charge me the difference between the two rooms because the beds were king sized. There was a bar in the hotel but it was closed because the bar tender did not show up for work. Needless to say, the stay was less than expected but you get what you pay for.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel since it was only 2 miles from the Orlando airport. At check in we were informed that there was a small party on the second floor and it would be over before midnight. The party was in fact for high school students who were yelling and screaming until 5 am. They were above us( we were on the first floor), on our hallway and by the pool which was on the other side of our bedroom. At 5 am an individual was pounding on a door two rooms done from us. He wanted to get into the party. I called the front desk at 2:30 am and I was told he told them to quiet down but he could do nothing else. He never offered to have us move to another room.
When I talked to the Manager on Monday( by phone) he told me he could nothing for compensation since we didn't ask for another room. It seems it was our responsibility to solve the problem, not the night desk manager. Interesting!!! -
