We were originally supposed to stay at Outrigger Royal Kahana, but do to a mixup, we got to stay at the Outrigger Eldorado. We were really happy, for once, that there was a mixup! We loved the Eldorado! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like family! The room was very clean and comfortable. We were given a free partial ocean view room upgrade. From our back patio, we had a beautiful view of a golf course and could see the ocean past it. There were alot of colorful birds that greeted us outside every morning! If we get the opportunity to go to Maui again, we definately want to stay here again! Thanks for the wonderful vacation!

The Maui Eldorado condo unit B105 was less than we expected. This unit is in need of a remodel. The unit was pretty much basic with sparsely working amenities such as lights, ceiling fans, clothes dryer, remotes. Light bulbs were burned out, the bedroom ceiling fan did not work, the clothes dryer knob had to be turned just right or it would just buzz at you, most of the remotes had dead batteries. One room had a dvd/vcr combo that was not connected properly and the other just had a vcr(who watches tapes). The bathroom shower is seriously outdated. Housekeeping did a good job of keeping towels and bath supplies stocked, however, they usually would show up around 9:00am. The grounds and location were about the only things that the Maui eldorado had going for it. It is located on a golf course and has an excellent beach with a fantastic beach cabana in which you can relax. The activity desk attendant for scheduling island activities was one of the worst I've encountered. If you are looking for a great beach and a condo without luxuries then this is the place for you. It is quiet and relaxing here as there are no activities going on.

We had a Garden View Studio with patio doors that opened up to a small pool area. Very nice. Great location! Right next to the golf course and a short walk to the beach. The Eldorado's cabana on the beach was very nice too. If you didn't feel like walking you could call the front desk and one of the staff would take you to the beach in one of their golf carts. Very close to Whalers Village and a short 10min drive to Lahaina. We snorkeled at Black Rock and saw several sea turtles. It was great. The room had a full kitchen that was well stocked with cooking utensils, included a blender, toaster, microwave, stove and fridge. There was also a washer dryer in the condo as well. We look forward to going back in the near future.

My family and I enjoyed the condominum resort. We were pleasantly surprised because it was roomy and had a clean kitchen. We have never stayed in one with a kitchen and with washer & dryer. It saved us some money instead of eating out 3x/day. The staff were friendly and helpful. The Whalers village was just down the hill!
