The photo is misleading, it is actually a group of motel looking buildings. Grounds are well landscaped and the pools are nice. Service was very good. Booked for 3 and only had towels for 2. Asked for more towels, they came quickly but were only bath towels. Asked for face towels and got them as well as two extra bottles of conditioner (language barrier)! No full length mirror, no trash can except in bathroom, no bathtub and very small shower. Nice decor, very dim room, could use more lighting. Definitely not worth the price. Will not be returning.

Myself and 4 friends went to the Riviera to celebrate a birthday. The hotel was beautiful and true to the website pictures. The pool was lovely both day and night. We rented a cabana and Dom made sure we were taken care of the entire day. He was friendly and helpful and ran his staff to ensure a great customer experience. The restaraunt and signature cocktails were wonderful. Our room was beautiful and the beds devine. Overall a great experience.

I had a very comfortable stay at the Riviera for one night while on a business trip. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and the hotel staff was very polite and accommodating. The Starlite Lounge had a great selection of beers and the dinner at Circa 59 was impressive (I recommend the Halibut, it was delicious!). I definitely recommend this hotel

Stayed there this past weekend. Looks nice from the outside, not so nice inside the rooms. First we booked a room with 2 queen beds. The beds were not queen size, they were fulls. The rooms looked nice, but cheaply decorated and finished. The room had a nice view of one of the pools, but the room's windows were falling out of their frames, with no sound insulation. The walls of the hallways are beaten and the utility doors had holes in them. We were on the third (top) floor of the building, a loud party began in a room on the ground floor at 2am. The front desk was called at 2:30 to quiet the group. At 3am the party was still going, girls and guys screaming, doors slamming. Called the front desk again.....nothing done. at 3;30 things quieted down for about 15 minutes then started again and didn't stop until 4:30am. NOT ACCECPTABLE. To top it off, the advertised rate is not what you pay. Add $25 per night "resort charge"... for wireless internet that didn't work and a paper that wasn't delivered, and of course, self parking.

If you want a motel instead of a hotel go stay there. The room we stayed was very small and feel very crammed. The walls between rooms are very thin and you can hear people walking in the hall ways. The decor in the hall way looks very cheap. No wi-fi in the room even though the hotel advertises so. There is 25 dollars for resort fee that added to your bill I think it is outrageous and highway robbery.
