The room we checked into was in need of a complete overall and not the room that was described at the time of booking. The decor was olod and cabinets were broken. The tile was chipped and old and the sheets were filthy. We went back to recpetion and were messed around for about an hour and half being shown three different rooms that were not much better. Theyenventually showed up an upgraded room which they said they would guve us for an upgrade fee of $* per night. We argued this and were able to get the upgrade fee down to $* even though they should have offered us a free upgrade. I would not stay at this facility again.

My husband and I needed a weekend getaway and we did just that. We arrived at Parc Corniche, stayed for the weekend and it was great. We've actually stayed here before and it's one of our favorite places. The staff is friendly, room service was great, the food was hot and we had no worries.

Booked a special rate thro Travel online. The Condo was a great value. $*+ per night prior to the summer rush (mid may). The grounds are beautiful and well taken care of. The rooms are not fancy but clean and basic. Love the balcony overlooking the pool. The sunrise is awesome there. Appreciated the Kitchen/living room area separate from the bedroom. Very nice for those that want to sleep in. The pool is beautiful, warm and well maintained. The complimentary breakfast is very basic but saves a lot of time when starting the day. Air conditioner worked great. The complex was probably only 25% full during our stay, judging from the number of cars in the lot. So was very quiet and peaceful. The room has a kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, dishwasher, sink, pots and pans, forks and spoons, dishes and glasses. There's a coffee pot but you need to bring filters and coffee. A Publix is about half mile down the road. Fast food available in that area too. Housekeeping is very basic, trash removal and towel replacement is about it unless you want to pay for more duties. The complex is conveniently located about a half mile from Sea World and a couple miles from Disney. All in all a great value. Served our needs quite well.

This hotel was highly recommended by friends, so we paid a night in advance, and when the time came, headed for Orlando. At check-in, a deposit was demanded of us. No explanation was given. Wi-fi was $12 a day - this is not competitive when most motels on the interstates are advertising free internet. We turned it down. When my laptop connected with the very weak signal, a message came up that the wi-fi was $4 a day. Room was adequate and clean. Bed was uncomfortable. The next morning, upon inquiry, we were told that the $deposit was against possible telephone use or restaurant charges. Say what? We use cell phones exclusively, and weren't about to use their restaurant. Thank you very much and the hold will stay on your credit card for ten days.
