Centrally located on 24 acres on the Las Vegas Strip, the $785 million Paris Las Vegas features authentic replicas of French landmarks, including a 50-story replica of the Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomphe. Café Americano

Open 24 hours, Café Americano you can relax and enjoy break, lunch, dinner and late night menu items. Choose from American comfort food with a Latin twist. For breakfast start with a tasty cocktail, maybe a mimosa or an espresso martini, and avocado toast or something more substantial like Huevos Rancheros or a Jumbo Lump Crab Omelet. For lunch there are appetizers, salads, bowls, brugers and sandwiches, pastas and more. Café Belle Madeleine is a pâtisserie at Paris Las Vegas serving piping hot espresso and sweet treats 19 hours a day. But danish, croissants, and turnovers are not all they serve. Savory egg  dishes (think quiche, feuillet) sandwiches and cheese plates round out the fare to satisfy your cravings any time of the day.

JJ's Boulangerie

More a self-service cafeteria than a diner, the ambiance here is of a basement cafe and bakery in Paris. You won't miss JJ's Boulangerie if you are walking by. The aromas of fresh brewed coffee and espresso mingling with fresh baked bread and pastries will draw you in. It is convenient and quick, but you may want to linger and imagine a while. Located along Le Boulevard at Paris Las Vegas.

Brioche by Guy Savoy

Located near the main valet entrance at Paris Las Vegas, Brioche by Guy Savoy is where you want to start your day with a freshly brewed Coperaco coffee and fuel up with a scrumptious French pastry, that can be stuffed with your choice of mushrooms, Parmesan and nuts, or sweet candied fruit and pralines, before hitting the Strip.

HEXX Kitchen + Bar

Mon Ami Gabi

Drink and dine in the open-air patio, atrium, or inside the café at this authentic French bistro. Choose from steak frites, classic quiche Lorraine, duck leg confit, sea scallops, fruits de mer, the grand “plat du jour” and more than 80 boutique French wines by the glass or bottle. There are also plenty of kid’s choices and gluten-free menu options, including the Spicy Salmon Tartare.

Beer Park

The Strip's best rooftop bar, Beer Park is a great place to watch the game, with picnic tables, artificial turf, plenty of hi-def TVs and a menu prepared in an outdoor smoker. Choose from smoked prime rib cheesesteak made with shaved prime rib, American cheese and caramelized onions served on a hoagie roll, soft twist pretzels, wings, deviled eggs, salads, burgers, and entrees like shrinp & grits, BBQ pork ribs and more.

Vanderpump à Paris

Located across from Café Americano, Vanderpump à Paris features an ecelctic, Parisian-inspired decor, including plush velvet art nouveau banquettes, adorned with oversized, ornate pillows, a beautiful, long white marble bar and massive windows that overlook the Eiffel Tower and Seine River, putting you in Paris on a lazy rainy day. Unique offerings are the norm here, with crafted cocktails including the signature LoveLocked, Louvre at First Sight and the French Poodle. The Parisian influence also extends to the impressive wine list, with a broad range of selections, as well as the Vanderpump family's signature branded Rosé, Chardonnay and Cabernet. Guests will find a menu featuring versions of French classics, including light bites such as Ratatouille Frites, Trio of Tartares, and French Onion Mac & Cheese. There is also a cheese board, Birdcage aux Fromages, Mini Monsieurs, or the classic Coq Au Vin Pot Pie. Dessert cocktails are a must try as well, with the Pain au Chocolat Martini, or the Café et Beignet. The truly unique venue offers multiple seating areas including at the bar which accomodates nearly 200. They say dress is "casual" but that's probably subjective. One thing is for certain, however, you will need to bring $$$$. 

 

 

Nobu at Paris Las Vegas

Serving award-winning Japanese cuisine, Nobu at Paris Las Vegas is the namesake of world-renowned sushi chef, Nobu Matsuhisa, and the second spont on the Strip. The contemporary, 140-seat restaurant is located adjacent to Bobby's Burgers and offers the chef’s modern Japanese cooking, like salmon, toro, jumbo clam or sea urchin nigiri or sashimi; miso black cod; and Wagyu tacos. The most popular dish is the signature black cod with sweet miso in a bite size piece over garlic chips and ginger in a butter lettuce cup. Guests can also choose from vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free dishes.

Bobby's Burgers By Bobby Flay

Bobby’s Burgers By Bobby Flay serves American cuisine, featuring signature burgers, bacon & cheese fries and super-thick milkshakes. In addition to lunch & dinner, visitors can also choose from breakfast items like breakfast sandwiches, brunch burger, breakkfast burritos and more, daily from 7am to 11am. 

The Bedford by Martha Stewart

Located near the guest elevators at Paris Las Vegas, The Bedford by Martha Stewart was reportedly designed by Martha herself and draws inspiration from her 153-acre country farmhouse in Bedford, New York. The 194-seat restaurant features American cuisine with French-influenced dishes and menus developed by Martha and her team of culinary experts. It is the original influencer's first full-service restaurant and serves seasonal dinner, weekend brunch, and holiday menus that feature signature items sourced from local purveyors and selections from Martha's personal favorites, including Las Vegas Farmers Market, D'Artagnan, Urbani Truffles, Roe Caviar, Frog Hollow Farm, Jasper Hill Farm, and Vermont Creamery. Guests choose from juicy whole roast chicken, carved tableside, and buckwheat crepes with one ounce of Golden Osetra caviar, creme fraiche and hard-boiled eggs separated by yolks and whites to Big Martha’s Pierogis and Martha’s Smashed Baked Potato, which a server slams on a hard marble surface before reshaping it on a plate in front of you. An experience not to be missed.

Chateau Nightclub & Gardens

Chateau Nightclub & Gardens is the only venue that allows instant access from the Strip - you don't have to walk through a casino. But the  45,000 square foot experience is far more than that! The Chateau Nightclub features VIP seating around the centralized dance floor. The Chateau Terrace is an exclusive outdoor space overlooking the Strip. And finally the Chateau Gardens is on the ceiling of the nightclub and overlooks the Bellagio Fountains.
