My boyfriend and I had reservation for this dump of a hotel July 2010 After checking in we checked out in less than a second. This was the worst hotel I had ever experience. The smell just took our breath away. The water was off for an hour the carpet needed to be replaced. Motel 6 is leisure compared to Princess Ann. Where did this name come from? It was nothing like the picture. Yes we were there to have a good time but I couldnt have a decent night sleep living in proverty. When I read the first review which statedquot Run as fast as you canquot . We should have taken the advice. Afterall we had to pay for one night eventhough we didnt stay there. We werent satified with that. Afterall we had a wonderful time in MIami. My advice to everyoneRun as fast as you can. Princess Ann needs to be rebuilt its nothing model about this hotel. I didnt stay then and I wonquott stay Now.

We stayed at the Princess Ann Hotel from 2-2-11 until 2-8-11and were extremely pleased. The location and costumer service were fantastic. The location is right in the heart of South Beach and you can walk to restaurants, the beach and grocery stores. The front desk personnel were friendly and provided us with beach towels daily to take to the beach. The hotel is not a 5-star, fancy hotel with up to date rooms, but it is very functional. Our room had a television with cable, air conditioning and a mini refrigerator. If you are not looking for luxury in South Beach, the Princess Ann is the best accommodation for the amount of money you are going to spend. It was perfect for us, as we went to the beach everyday and returned to the room to shower and sleep. We were not looking for room service or a spa within the hotel. We were very pleased and would definitely return to the Princess Ann Hotel on our next trip to Miami.

Me and my BFF stayed there for 4 days back in August it was pretty decent. The room wasnt what was in the brochure #40of course#41 since we booked last minute but it wasnt that bad. The employees were very cool and the front desk clerk ABC lead us to the bars...lol... It was pretty dope. We were right where the action was. 1 Block in each direction to get to the beach bars and restaurants. There are far more posh hotels on the strip but this one was comfortable.

This hotel is in a great location a block from the beach, shopping, bus, nightclubs... The hotel staff is very helpful and nice. This hotel is great if you plan to use the room just to sleep and shower! There is also a fridge which came in handy! The walls are stained as are the rugs.. no ventilation in the bathroom(ugh) and they don't provide shampoo. Breakfast is toast, cold cereal, and juice.. but overall the location and staff make it worth it.

The hotel caught my eye for its European flair, great location, frige in the room, and providing a continental breakfast. If you ever stayed at a motel on the beach it will suit you fine. The front desk was helpful when asked about attractions and modes of transportation. The price was definitely right!
