Have stayed here many times and was disappointed this time around. After hours of gambling, we use the room to crash for 4-5 hours before we drive home. Checked in last Friday night at about 9 PM (12/9/201 got the keys for room 215 and headed right to the casino. Should have checked the room...lesson learned; Came back at 2:30 AM and was disgusted when we entered the room. The carpet had definitely not been vacuumed in some time.....there was candy crumbs and pieces of chocolate candy all over the floor. There were no hangers for our coats, the bathroom door did not close. It was so disgusting, we didn’t bother showering in the morning. We just wanted to leave ASAP. It was the worst room that I have ever been in at this hotel. We tried calling the front desk to complain, but nobody answered the phone at that hour in the morning.

for the weeken price service is less then 1 in my book.tube,floor and beds was dirty housekeeping no show 1 towel 1 face colth per person. like i was told by front dest cleanup is not their first concern.week days rooms are worth $* like stated but service want even add up to that amount.i rate this hotel poor

I have stayed at this hotel approximately 6 times during 2010. For the money and location, it can't be beat. Some of the rooms are a little beat up, pillows are not fluffy, towels can peal skin off the body, but that's all right, not a problem the bed was comfortable and I brought my own pillows and towels. We check in, put the overnight bag on the night stand and then drive off to gamble. We come back hours later just to sleep. Why pay those high prices for the hotels on the strip if you are not going to utilize the amenities. Would definitely stay again.

08/23/2010Our family will not be returning to this motel....they didnt give us towels enough for all of us and when asked for extra they gave me hand towels!! also ...
Our family will not be returning to this motel....they didnt give us towels enough for all of us and when asked for extra they gave me hand towels!! Also they didnt come and clean room or change anything out the whole week we stayed...this includes toilet paper!!! We had to ask for more toilet paper!!!...the carpet havent been cleaned in a long time obvious by the sticky feel of them on your bare feet....GROSS!!!! my son who dared to lay on the floor looking under bed for shoe found grapes babyfood and crakers under there....Need I say more?? Oh yyeah and we asked for a non smoking room and ended up in a smoking room that was obvious that someone was smoking in it took 3 days of spaying Lysol and opened windows for it to be even bearable in there...and they were insistant that it was a non smoking room!!!! Oh and when we came back after dark it was almost impossible to find seeing how they dont turn on any outside lights including the sign until 10:30PM!!!
