We were a large group from all over the US and we found the hotel staff to be friendly, courteous, helpful and very efficient. Check in went very smoothly. The rooms and surrounding grounds were very clean. The free breakfast was very good. There was security at night for your safety. It is not a three or four star hotel but very good quality for the money and exceptional clean. The management team went out of their way to make sure that our stay was enjoyable. we would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for hotel accomodations in the Natchez, MS area.

The Passport Inn Suites in Natchez was inexpensive and now I know why. Room LOOKED clean enough. Bedspread had a hole in it about the size of a grapefruit. There were no lamps that worked. There was no remote control to the television. Maid service on the second day there made up the beds but a 4 year old could have done it just as well. If this was the ONLY room available in Natchez I'd stay again. Otherwise I choose to upgrade and make my reservation well in advance.

This seedy motel was the most dangerous place I have ever stayed in. I should have left when I arrived but the real action didn't start until about 11PM, long after I had checked in. Between, the fighting outside my door, the cars blaring rap music and drunken yelling I did not sleep a wink. The bed did not appear to have been changed in a long time, the wireless internet actually belonged to a nearby automobile dealership and when I called the front desk I was told to log on to that one. Half the lights in the room did not work, there was no hot water and the bathroom flooded when you did shower. I would highly discourage anyone from staying here.

The other reviews must have been entered by the owners. Even though the room was a non-smoking it smelled bad. The airconditioner rattled and sounded like a freight train. There was no remote for the TV. The towels were thin enough you could see through them, especially the ones with holes in them. Go somewhere else.
