The hotel had key locks and a door which were difficult to shut. I returned to the room to find the bed made, new towels--- but the door wide open. My luggage and purse were opened and money was taken ($*). Note- the rooms did not have ind safes. Management stated although the room was cleaned and opened by staff- they could take responsibility that the room was left open. On a positive note it was cleaned daily although it was difficult to obtain clean towels and the trash was left on more than one occasion ( with food in it!) The staff ranged from very helpful to minimally helpful. All in all I would not return to this hotel!

Thank God this hotel was in Paris, or I would have flipped my lid. From the moment we got there we realized something was off. The staff wasn't completely horrible-the manager was very friendly, but several young ladies who worked the reception area were less than courteous and hardly spoke English. We had to beg for a fan, and even with that the room was still too hot-so we opened the window but our window faced an apartment building so all the noise kept us up. We were not given clean towels and when we asked for new ones they told us "they were out" and suggested we dry off with our bedsheets, as if! We opted for buying our own food at a near by supermarket, rather than have each person in our group pay 7 euros each. The rooms were so small as well, nothing like in the photos. We actually considered sleeping outside on a bench rather than go back to the hotel. Price was relatively good, but I would never spend my money there again.

The staff was courteous and the breakfast was good, but the good things stops there. The bed the worst we have ever slept on. The room hot and being on street level we were unable to open windows. The shower kept flooding the bathroom and we were only given two towels each day and a bath mat once in six days. Rooms small, no chairs to sit in, lighting very poor. We had been promised a room with twin beds and had a double bed. The springs were actually sticking in my back. The hotel told us they had a deal with the cab company to take us to the airport for Euros and when we arrived at the airport the cab driver told us it would be Eros plus a tip. We had taken a cab from the airpot when we arrived and the cab driver charged us Euros for the same trip.If this was a three star hotel I would hate to have stayed in a two star.
