  We stayed in this hotel for a week in July. I believe it is supposed to be a 5-star quality hotel, and the public areas are certainly very nice. The rooms, however, are a little ""worn"", certainly not the quality you would expect for the price paid. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the roof-top pool area is very nice. The beach is across the street and the hotel provides sun chairs, towels, and a staff person at its beach ""tent."" There are lots of restaurants in the area, and on Sundays the street was closed to traffic and we enjoyed walking the length of the beach with all the locals and other tourists.

  Hotel was in great location and had nice beach facilities. housekeeping was a little slow in cleaning the rooms, and had to be reminded several times that they needed to ...

  Hotel was in great location and had nice beach facilities. Housekeeping was a little slow in cleaning the rooms, and had to be reminded several times that they needed to clean the room. Hotel was nice, but not on par with higher end international chain hotels
