Very nice location right in downtown. Easy to get to, ample parking. Very friendly staff, quick check in, and the rooms where very nice. Feather pillows, and a down blanket. Free breakfast was excellent. Couldn't have asked for more.

The location is great, easy foot access to dining and shops. The check-in was easy, no problems at all. The staff was very courteous. The room was comfortable, amenities were more than expected! The complimentary breakfast was an added delight. I would stay there again! Happy Valley, OR

Excellent hotel location within walking distance to downtown and drake park. You can get around by foot, bike or ? Hotel was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast had a nice selection of basics like cereal, waffles, yogurt and also had fresh fruit. The staff was helpful and courteous.

The staff at the front desk were not very helpful or friendly. When we checked in it took them several minutes just to find our reservation. Then it took several more minutes to figure out what room they were going to put us in and whether it was clean or not. At 6pm we went down to the lobby to get a cookie (the hotel description states they have fresh baked cookies every evening). We were told by one of the three hotel employees, who were standing around talking, that they "got busy with everything and didn't get to it." The breakfast was so-so. It was about average for continental breakfasts. The women that tended to the food worked very hard to keep everything filled and fresh. The food just wasn't very good. The room was very nice, but it was very warm in hotel and the air conditioner didn't work well. It only cooled the area within a couple of feet of the wall unit. Overall, I was not impressed and will not stay at Phoenix Inn again.

I've stayed here twice in the past couple of months. The location is great for downtown and Old Mill, and has easy access to other parts of town. The staff is courteous and helpful. The breakfast was nice, well stocked and well taken care of. The room was large, well organized, and furnished with everything I needed The laundry was easily accessible, safe and clean. I expect that I will visit Bend again soon and I won't hesistate to stay here again.
