Important Hotel Information
- Powderwood Resort guests must check-in at our sister property, Bear Hollow Village, located approximately 1/4 mile away at 5519 Lillehammer Lane, Building A. The front desk is open 8 am-6 pm, seven days a week April 15-December 1 and 24 hours December 1-April 14. If you expect you are going to be late, please contact them for after hours check in procedure.
Please note seasonal cancellation policies apply; Winter Season November 21, 2011 - April 15, 2012. Summer Season April 16, 2012 - November 20, 2012.

Suburban location right off interstate. Need a car to really get around. Shuttle would be too limiting for this location . Condo is near shuttle route but requires a fair walk. Condo was clean & comfortable and well furnished. Downside is the property management- seriously lacked informed staff. Maid service is included for a one week stay which consisted of a 1 time mid week linen change & trash- no cleaning at all. Found that disappointing. Easy location to get around and convenient to shopping & the 3 ski main ski resorts. Also disappointed that the balcony was piled high with snow and not cleared for our arrival. Nice view and would have stepped out onto the balcony otherwise. We would return to Powderwood again despite some small issues.
