I have stayed in many hotels in many different places over the years and I can HONESTLY say that I have never been more comfortable or gotten more bang for my buck than with the Premiere Hotel. The Owners ABC and XYZ are always on hand to make sure you are comfortable and have everything you need to enjoy your stay including beach chairs umbrellascomputers and even bicycles! Try getting those included with one of those OVERPRICED CORPORATE HOTELS! The Hotel is a little older but the rooms pool and grounds are maintained above average and the PRICE and LOCATION #401/2 a block from the beach#41 CANNOT be beat! My first stay was 7 days then 10 and this time I stayed 3 weeks. You can pretty much get anywhere worthwhile in 30-40 minutes from the hotel like South Beach or Boca Raton and activities like parasailing jetski rental boat rentaland deep sea fishing charters are a 15 minunte walk away5 min. by car if your lazy! And rest assured your room will be clean and fully stocked when you get back from your daily adventures as the maid staff is friendlycurteous and very thorough. I am so glad that I found this hotel the Hospitality Ameneties and that quotMember of the Familyquot feeling I recieve when Im here is Priceless!! Thank You Premiere!!! Anthony D. New YorkNY

I agree the owners are very nice...BUT I would have preferred to pay more money and go to a hotel with clean sheets...not ones that smell like vinegar and are stained. Each bed had red stains on the sheets. I just hope it wasn't blood. I slept on my beach towels because i was afraid of what might be on the sheets. It's filthy. Old and filthy. It is just one block from the beach but do yourselves a favor and pay the extra $* bucks and seriously stay anywhere else. Oh yea and the free parking is down an extremely narrow alley that leads you below the building. Everytime I parkied the car i kept scraping the bottom of the rental. I honestly don't see how this hotel is allowed to stay open.

I'm from Michigan and have been staying here for the past few years every Christmas, and love this hotel. You cannot beat the price and the rooms are clean, staff is very friendly and helpful. Excellent location, only 1/2 from Ocean and walking distance to Galleria Mall, Las Olas Boulevard, and the water taxi. There's a CVS drug store within walking distance for all your snacks and necessity needs. Most area restaurants have carry out and delivery. The furnishings are old Lauderdale style but are ample and functional. Nice and quiet, and the ocean view rooms are very nice. I recommend this hotel for the best price and location!

We had a great stay at the Premiere Hotel. Our room was very nice, clean and spacieous. Overlooking the beach. the hotel owner is a very pleasant man and he made a stay there comfortable. Every thing is within walking distance. The trolley comes by every half hour if you want to visit other sites in Fort Lauderdale. The beach is located just across the street and there's lots of fun to have. I highly recommend this hotel and my husband and I will definetly stay here again our next vacation. We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed our room. The hotel manager has lots of great movies and there is not charge for watching them and the internet is free for use too. We had a Great time. Hope to see you guys soon.

The hotel is furnished very poorly! as if they collected furniture from a garage sale! every room is furnished differently, they got a problem with those kitchenettes, we had Palmetto Bags in our room, probably from the food the previous guest left, rooms are not cleaned properly! They don't have any food & beverage service, no bar, all they give you is run-down rooms. On top of it their staff is unfriendly!! Look around and you will find better hotels for less money. Just stay away from that motel!!
