Puro Baires Hotel was a great introduction to Buenoas Aires. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and thoroughly professional. ABC, the evening manager, was especially helpful with dinner reservations, recommendations, and directions -- but every one of the staff were top notch. Relaxing by the pool on the roof after a long day of sightseeing provided the perfect interlude. The location is great for shopping and dining. The facilities are new and tasteful. The rooms more than adequate, and the price is most reasonable. Will return for sure!

We stayed at PUROBAIRES Hotel boutique, it´s located in palermo Soho, in the best of it, near everything, one block away from Cordoba outlets and a few blocks from Plaza Serrano. The Hotel is almost new, Excellent Wifi connection free use,rooms are fantastic, we stayed in a Deluxe with Jacuzzi, facing to the Zen garden with a view to the internal cascade, very quiet, King size beds!!! The best of the Hotel is the staff , no doubt, receptionists speak any language and they are ready to help in anything you need at any time, the two chefs are excellent and you can see that they want to give you the best service, home made sweets and bakery every morning for the breakfast, you cannot stop!!!!. Absolutely the best option in Palermo, highly recommended

The previous review must be for a different hotel. This hotel only uses white towels. I stay regularly every month for business and have been in every room category. And I have brought family for weekend vacations. It is like a modern mini castle. So blissfully quiet. Such warm service. Delicious food. It's so nice to have friendly people to converse with after a long day of meetings/work. It is as if I return to a vacation home at friends' in the evenings.
