  The best thing about this hotel was the indoor swimming pool and the whirlpool. Stayed there recently, the room was clean but had a chemical clean smell to it. Did NOT stay through the night due to the chemical smell causing problems with my breathing. Made comments on the website and was contacted by the company. I felt like they should refund me part of my money since I was in my room less than 8 hours. Missed all the family functions I planned to attend the next day in Bloomington because I drove 2 1/2 hours home at 1:30 in the am. Money was refunded and I rec'd a letter from the Hotel Manager. I am impressed with the way this was handle... good customer service.

  This place should have its relationship with choice hotels revoked. The bed was shot, the bathroom had hair in several places, The exercise equipment was old and broken down. The alarm clock was broken. Total upkeep of the place is very poor or none at all.
