  The hotel is nice, but I was a little dissapointed by the way the front desk treated us. I had booked for a junior suite, and upon arrival, I was giving only one room with two beds. So I now went back to the front desk to complain, and I was told that there was a problem with the Junior suite, and I was giving a coupon for free breakfast to compensate us. We were later checked in to our regular suite the next day. I think they should have told us initially upon arrival that there was a problem with the Junior suite, instead of just giving us a smaller room. But overall, it was a nice place to stay.

  Convenient to the airport with a good restaurant on site. They are doing a great job updating the outside of the hotel, I'm sure the rooms will follow. Service is excellent, the rooms clean & comfortable. The staff is fun, friendly & very helpful. A nice place to rest your weary head!

  I came to Buffalo to visit a friend for a weekend away from my grad studies. When I entered, the front desk already had my paperwork & room key ready -- had to sign for my roon & that was it. When I checked out, they gave me a receipt upon request & offered free shuttle service to the airport.
